NO-SHOW & LATE SHOW

Dear PadelX players,

In the hope of improving our service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone, PadelX would like to share the following important information regarding our No-Show & Late Arrival Policy:

 

No-Shows
If you do not show up for your booking and fail to notify us at least 4 hours in advance, your session will be considered a no-show.
Unfortunately, no refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still be held, but you will only be able to play for the remaining time of your booking.
We cannot extend sessions beyond the reserved slot, as the court may be booked for other players.
